We do our best to include 3 light-wood scrapers (maple or hickory), and 3 dark wood scrapers (cherry or walnut). Our woodcrafts are handmade by local artisans in Anchorage using the highest quality wood available at the time, so wood types may vary.

Our scraper is designed asymmetrically for multiple functions, including a flat beveled edge for dividing and shaping dough, and two different angled curves to fit the angles of a variety of mixing bowls; including our Alaska Birch Mixing Bowl from Great Alaskan Bowl Co.
