Our scraper is handcrafted by artisans in Alaska

A case contains 6 scrapers: 3 light-wood scrapers (maple or hickory), and 3 dark wood scrapers (cherry or walnut). Our woodcrafts are handmade by local artisans using the highest quality wood available.

Our scraper is designed asymmetrically for multiple functions, including a flat beveled edge for dividing and shaping dough, and two different angled curves to fit the angles of a variety of mixing bowls; including our Alaska Birch Mixing Bowl from Great Alaskan Bowl Co.
